| 摘 要： | 行业特色高校应如何保持和强化自身办学特色,形成并实现新的特色与可持续发展,是亟需解决的现实问题之一。针对目前行业特色高等院校面临的多科性、非特色化趋势,本文从保持特色、特色发展、特色拓展和转型、特色学科建设、科学研究、创新人才培养模式等方面对行业高校的特色发展与建设问题进行了阐述和剖析。

| Abstract: | For the industry universities, it is one of reality urgent issues need to address how to maintain and strengthen their own school characteristics, in order to format new features and achieve sustainable development. Against the industry universities＇ multi-disciplinary and non-specialty trend, characteristics holding, characteristics development, characteristics expansion and transition, special academic subject construction, scientific research and innovation of personnel training mode of the industry universities are discussed in this article. |
