| 摘 要： | 受农村语文教师自身水平的约束，现代教学的观念比较薄弱，执教水平有待提高，学生作为学习主体的地位不突出，造成参与意识不强，阅读教学评价不合理等因素的影响，农村初中语文阅读课堂教学中存在教学目标不够明确，教学效果虚化，忽略了教师使命，追求课堂教学表面效果等问题。针对上述问题，论文从分析学情，进行有效诊断入手，有效使用教程，合理整合教学资源。确立学生的主体观，提高课堂教学效率，提升训练和评价的效度等方面提出有效解决方案。

In view of the problems, this pa- per, starting from the analysis of students＇ learning situation and its effective solution, establishes students＇ subjectivity, improves the effectiveness of classroom teaching, and proposes other coun- termeasures from several aspects. |
