| 摘 要： | 本文采用分析法和综合法对大连工业大学信息科学与工程学院高校青年教师队伍思想政治建设进行调研分析与研究调研分析表明:十二五期间,学院制定了由教学型向教学研究型转变的学院建设发展目标,在青年教师队伍思想政治建设方面,坚持以人为本,注重组织建设与制度建设;坚持显性教育与隐性教育相结合,加强作风建设与反腐倡廉建设;注重青年教师队伍思想政治建设的实效,成果突出。

| Abstract: | With the advance of the high education popularization, tremendous changes of the pattern of moral education work in u- niversities have taken place. The extensions of new-media tech- nology to the time and space of moral education, the fuzzy hierar- chy of moral education together with the dissolve of intellectual frontiers engendered crises for discourse hegemony of teachers. In such cases, it is imperative to cultivate the integration capacity of counselors, who engage in the organization and implementation of the daily moral education of college students. In this paper, we discussed methods to integrate moral resources and enhance the timeliness and validity of moral education from aspects of estab- lishing integrated consciousness, making explicit goal, improving organization, enhancing the consistency of moral impact and cre- ating integration environment. |
