| 摘 要： | 在阐述国际体育中心城市形成的社会背景、内涵、特征和评价标准的基础上,分析北京在建设国际体育中心城市方面存在的差距.提出对策:提升对建设国际体育中心城市战略意识的认识;转变体育发展模式,推动部门体育向城市体育、"争光"体育向生活方式体育的转型;为建设国际体育中心城市提供体制和机制上的保障;加强基于社区的公共体育基础设施建设;调整竞技体育发展战略,大力发展职业体育;做大、做强、做优体育产业等.
