| 摘 要： | 散打是中国武术的重要组成部分，目前武术散打存在着一些问题，影响了散打的发展。散打应该走可持续发展的道路，包括充分体现中国武术的传统技击特点、搞好国内的各级比赛、在青少年中大力普及散打运动、并对散打比赛装备进行必要的改革。

| Abstract: | Free sparing is one of the important parts in Chinese Wushu, at present, some problems exist in Free sparing, influencing its development. Sustainable development is the orientation, for example, fistic technique can well show Chinese Wushu's traditional characteristics; organize competitions at all levels in our country; spread free sparing in youngsters; and take indispensable reformation to equipment of free sparing game. |
