| 摘 要： | 公共服务均等化是社会公平正义的重要体现,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的目标和任务之一。当前,西部地区在基础教育、基本医疗、基本社会保障、社会救助、公益文化、公共安全等方面与东部地区存在明显差距。缩小地区间基本公共服务差距,重点、难点都在西部地区。针对西部地区存在的问题,我们分别对中央政府和地方政府提出了不同的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The equalization of Public service is not only the main embodiment of social justice,but also the aim of harmonious socialism.Currently,western areas drop behind eastern areas in basic education,medical treatment,social salvation,commonweal culture and public security.The keystone and difficulty of reducing gap in interlocal Public service are western areas.Aim at this problem,we put forward different strtegies in center and local government. |
