教师的教学决策:内涵、构成及意义

摘    要:教学决策是教师的思维与教学实践的桥梁和纽带,是教师在教学过程中主观意志的表现,对教师行为起着组织和指导作用。教师教学决策存在于整个教学过程之中,它具有生成性、预测性、协调性和过程性等特点。教师信念、教师知识和实践智慧是教师教学决策合理性的基础。教学决策包括教学计划决策、教学互动决策和教学评价决策等内容。提高教师教学决策水平,有利于探讨教学本质相关问题、促进教师的专业成长以及提高知识教学的有效性。

On the Connotation,Construction and Significance of Teacher Decision-making

Abstract:Teacher decision-making is the linkage between teachers'thinking and their teaching practice,and is the presentation of teachers'subjective willing in the process of teaching,which is to guide teachers'behavior.Teacher decision-making indwells the whole teaching process,which is characterized by creativity,predictability,consistency and periodicity.The rationality of teacher decision-making is based on teachers'belief,knowledge and practical wisdom.Teacher decision- making involves the decision of teaching plan,teaching interaction and teaching evaluation. Developing the ability of teacher decision-making can accelerate teachers'specialization and improve the teaching of knowledge.
