| 摘 要： | 针对目前物流企业确定物流服务水平的盲目性,通过研究物流服务水平与收入、物流成本的定性和定量关系,从企业本身、企业和客户组成的供需系统、供应链、时空系统四个系统层次分别确定物流企业的最优物流服务水平。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the blindness of logistics enterprises on how to ascertain service level, the paper begins with the study on the relationships between logistics service level and incoming, and the qualitative and the quantitative relationship of logistics cost. Then the optimum logistics service level of logistics enterprises is established respectively from the following four system layers: the enterprises themselves, the supply and demand system composed of enterprises and clients, supply chain and space-time system. |
