| 摘 要： | 当前全球环境问题的形势十分严峻，全球性环境问题与世界各国社会经济发展之间的矛盾日益突出，国际社会围绕应对和解决全球环境问题的各种制度安排迅速发展，对国际政治外交和国家之间的竞争产生重大影响。本文全面分析了全球环境问题对人类社会发展和国际可持续发展进程的影响，讨论了科学技术在解决全球环境问题中的独特作用，并结舍我国的具体国情提出了科技应对策略的初步思考。

| Abstract: | The current severe situation of global environment has constituted great challenge to human beings. The conflicts between global environment, social and economic development in the countries around world are become more and more serious. The rapid development of the international institutional arrangement, which aims to response and solve the global environmental problems, has been imposing significant influence on the international politic and diplomatic relations as well as the competitiveness among countries. The paper attempts to analyze the impacts of global environmental issues on human society and international sustainable development progress and to discuss the unique role of science and technology in addressing global environment issues. It also presents some countermeasures and suggestions based on the national condition of China. |
