| Abstract: | The community participation is the core of building the compatible community;it is necessary to establish the mechanism of community participation.The mechanism of community participation is the practice of pushing forward democracy at the grassroots level,and the inevitable choice for cultivating citizens' awareness and civic society as well as governing the country with law.Moreover,it is the collision and blend of Chinese traditional and modern cultures,and the embodiment of modern culture characterized by free and conscious subject. |
