| 摘 要： | 解决就业的问题,一方面需要高校启动就业指导服务系统,并建立专门机构,施行专职人员到位、经费到位的工作保障制度,针对学生专业特点形成涵盖"职业生涯规划"指导、就业技能指导、政策指导、形势指导、信息指导、心理指导以及相关服务的就业指导体系,培养毕业生自主创业的意识;另一方面也需要政府以及社会为其制定专项政策,提供一个宽松的环境.

| Abstract: | Solve the employment problem,in one side we need the guidance of college commencement of employment service system and the establishment of specialized agencies,implementation of full-time staff in place,and funding in place to protect the system,professional and student characteristics form covers "career planning" guidance,vocational guidance,policy guidance,and the situation guidance,Information guidance,psychological guidance and services related to employment guidance system,producing graduates who own entrepreneurial awareness;On another hand,the government also needs to develop its society and the related policies,and provide a relaxed environment. |
