| 摘 要： | 大学生就业形势的异常严峻,对大学生就业指导工作提出了新的要求。当前大学生就业指导工作在指导对象、内容、功能、组织构成及形式上存在着一些问题。树立目标意识,确立职业理想;完成就业准备,提高各项能力;实现就业冲刺、完善自我推销;努力转变角色、及时适应社会。就业指导应专业化、专家化和人本化,同时正确认识心理测试的作用。

| Abstract: | With the speedy expansion of higher education,the employment situation of college students has become extremely harsh,which raises new requirements to the employment-guiding work of college students.There exist some problems in the current employment-guiding work in the guiding object,contents,functions,organization structure and form.To build up objective sense,define employment ideal;complete employment preparation,improve various abilities;realize employment spurt,perfect self promotion;make every efforts to make role trans-ferred and adapt to the society as soon as possible.The employment guidance should be profession,experts and human oriented and pay more attention to psychological test. |
