| 摘 要： | 系统而完善的知识产权法律制度为文化产业的健康发展提供了必要的支持。既要从基本原则、模式选择及功能定位等层面明确促进文化产业发展的知识产权保护体系的宏观架构，也要从鼓励和扶持文化产业发展、组织管理机构及工作协调、竞争秩序规范、知识产权预警机制、侵权救济等方面构建文化产业发展的知识产权保护体系的具体内容。

| Abstract: | The systematic and comprehensive intellectual property system provides the necessary support for the healthy development of cultural industry. Not only from the basic principle, model selection, function orientation and level specific intellectual property protection system to promote the development of cultural industry of the macro framework, but also from encouraging and supporting the development of cultural industry, management of organization and coordination, standardizing the order of competition, intellectual property early warning mechanism, tort remedies With respect to the development cultural industries to build intellectual property rights protection system. |
