| 摘 要： | 服务外包产业作为国家积极扶持的新兴产业越来越受到政府、企业和高校的重视。作为日本服务外包最大承包国，中国的对日服务外包前景广阔，急需大量各级日语服务外包人才。文章结合工作实际，初步探索了面向服务外包人才培养的日语教学改革。

| Abstract: | As a new industry service supported by the government of China, service outsourcing draws more and more attention from the government, enterprises and universities. China is Japanese biggest contractor, and the service outsourcing toward Japan shows great promise for the future. A large quantity all levels of Japanese service outsourcing talents is urgently needed. In combination with the actual work, the thesis concerns the preliminary exploration of the Japanese teaching reform oriented talent training of service outsoureing. |
