| 摘 要： | 为建立起物流服务商管理库存(Logistics-service-supplier Managed Inventory,LMI)下供应链三方长期共赢的合作方式,总结归纳出LMI模式.在LMI模式下,在由单一制造商、单一物流服务商和单一零售商组成的三级供应链中,三方对补货方式中的库存量最小值和库存量最大值进行谈判,找到合适的库存量最小值和库存量最大值,使供应链总体利润和各方利润最优.结果发现,供应链成员中谈判能力较强的一方可能更愿意使用LMI模式.这可为制造企业下游库存外包提供决策依据和方法指导.

Tri-party contracts of supply chain based on logistics service supplier managed inventory |

| Abstract: | In order to establish a long term and win win cooperation mode of supply chain three parties based on Logistics service supplier Managed Inventory (LMI), the LMI mode is proposed. In the LMI based three level suppy chain consisting of a manufacturer, a logistics service supplier and a retailer, the three parties negotiate about the minimum inventory number and the maximum inventory number in the replenishment mode, and the aim is to find the appropriate numbers so that the overall profit and each party profit of the LMI based supply chain are optimal. The result shows that the supply chain member who has strong ability of negotiation prefers the LMI mode. It can provide decision making basis and method guidance for downstream inventory outsourcing of manufacturing enterprises. |
