基于组织学习的知识动态传播模型

摘    要:组织为了保持其竞争优势和创新能力必须开展组织学习。组织学习首先发生在非正式团体中,通过非正式团体中个体间的知识传播,最后传播到正式团体并最终成为组织知识。本文在分析并提出必要假设基础上,给出一个数学模型,探讨了知识传播的高峰期及其影响因素,为组织管理者促进知识的高效传播提供理论依据。

Abstract:In order to increase competitive advantage, innovation and effectiveness, organizations are increasingly pay attention to organizational learning. In general, the process of organizational learning occurs first in informal groups, then the knowledge spreads to formal groups from the informal groups, and the individual learning is taken toward the organizational learning in the end. This paper gives a mathematical model of dynamic spread knowledge based on basic analysis and necessary hypothesis, and draws a conclusion: there is a peak period for spread knowledge, and the peak period is affected by the factors such as the rate of knowledge exchange and forgetting, and provides a basis which a manager can give promotions at the opportune moment in order to make the effective spread knowledge become true.
