| 摘 要： | 当前,我国的城市社区治理模式经历了由传统的行政型逐步向新型的合作型社区和自治型社区的发展,其基本过程是社会结构调整和社会经济体制改革,也是城市社区发展的必然趋势。本文采用文献研究法,分析了我国社区治理模式的主要类型、历史变迁和路径选择,并结合有关实践经验,探讨新形势下我国城市社区应采取的模式和理论依据,及未来研究方向。

| Abstract: | At present, the city community governance in China has developed from the traditional administrative mode to the new cooperative community and the autonomous community, whose basic process is the inevliable trend of the social structure adjustment, the reform of soeial economic system, as well as the city community development. By using the literature research method, this article analyzes the main types, the historical development and the path selection of the community governance modes. Furthermore, on the basis of some relevant practice experience, it discusses the modes that China should adopt in the new situation, the theoretical basis, and the future research directions. |
