| Abstract: | Teacher community is one where high rate of job burnout occurs very often, which is due to not only teachers' specific professional features, but also to the negative effects of job burnout itself. Teachers' job burnout can be divided into 8 stages of pre-occupational education, guidance, competence building, enthusiasm and growth, frustration in career, stability and stagnation, downward career and dropout. |
