人事管理模式未来发展路向探析

摘    要:传统人事管理模式的弊端明显,已不能适应新形势下人事工作的发展要求,但亦并非尽是糟粕,皆可抛弃;新型人力资源开发模式虽然优势明显,但也并非完美无瑕的最终模式。要探析一种符合我国国情的适应社会主义市场经济体制要求的新型的人力资源管理模式,应该坚持执行管理与决策管理相结合,坚持管“人”与管“事”相结舍,坚持微观管理与宏观管理相结合。

Abstract:The traditional personnel management mode had outstanding shortcomings that it could not meet the requirements of human resources work in the new situation, so that we should get ride of the shortcomings but the merits. The new human resources management mode is not perfect, though has some clear advantages. This paper, from the perspective of integration of traditional and modern modes, tries to find out a new mode of human resources management that suits China national conditions and meets the requirements of socialist market economy system. This mode should combine executive management with policy management, human management with thing management, and micro-management with macro-management.
