| 摘 要： | 南朝时期,皇权走出了东晋时期的低谷,进入“复振”的新阶段,而两个时期地方势力与中央的关系迥然不同,导致这种转折的重要原因之一,是东晋南朝时期中央财政与地方财政地位关系的变化。与东晋相比,南朝时期中央财政在国家财政中所占比例日益提高,地方财政所占比例则日益减小,这时当时政局的变化有着重要影响。

| Abstract: | In the Southern Dynasty, the royalty piles out from the decadency of the Eastern Jin and enter the new phase of "rebounding", nay, the relations between local influence and central government is widely different during the two periods. One of the important reasons resulting in the transition, is the trans formation of the position of central and local finance in the Eastern Jin and Southern Dynasty. Comparing with the Eastern Jin, the proportion of central finance enhances increasingly and that of local finance allaies increasingly in the whole state finance in the Southern Dynasty, which influences the political situation of the day swingeingly. |
