| 摘 要： | 产业竞争力、国家竞争力有赖于产业集群,创新的知识生产、知识交换和技术学习是产业集群的重要原因。基于产业集群的创新组织模式表明,不同部门的创新活动模式存在很大差异,与技术体制相关的技术规则和技术专有属性,是创新聚集和产业集群竞争力的重要来源。有利于创新集群的政策重点之一,就是打造一种知识创造、知识交换和知识扩散的机制。

| Abstract: | Both industrial competition and national power probably depends on industrial cluster. One of the most important cause of industrial cluster is knowledge production and technological learning. Innovation pattern based on industrial cluster indicates that there is a great diversity of innovations in different sectors. As one of advanced mode of industrial cluster, innovation conglomeration lies on both technological regime and nature of the relevant knowledge base. As a result, policy for innovation cluster should focus on the mechanism which is favor of knowledge creation and diffusion. |
