| 摘 要： | 两极格局结束后，国际局势经历着深刻的变化。面对纷繁复杂的世界，十年来，中国的外交政策继续坚持独立自主的外交原则，紧紧围绕为社会主义现代化建设创造良好的外部环境这一中心任务，顺应时代的潮流，采取灵活多样的外交策略，最大限度地实现了中国的国家利益，这既有对外交原则的坚守，又有对外交目的的执着追求，同时又有创新和发展，体现出中国外交的开放性和创新性。在世界多极化和经济全球化已经成为世界潮流的今天，中国外交正在不断以“合作、参与和务实”的姿态融入世界，为国内经济建设拓展出越来越广阔的空间，与此同时，中国外交对国际事务的影响力也在不断增强。

| Abstract: | In the late 1980s', the bipolar of the world ended. The international situation is undergoing profound changes. Facing the numerous and complicated changing world, for ten years, China's foreign the policy has been sticking to its traditional foreign principles as before. . Tightly concentrating on its main aim to create more favorable outer environment for the socialist modernization construction, going along with the historical tide, taking flexible and diversified foreign policies, China has realized its possible national interests. In the past decade, on the one hand China has stuck to its traditional foreign principles, persistently pursued its foreign aim, on the other hand China has created and innovated the principles. In face with a world of political multi - polarization and economical globalization, China's foreign has taken an 'corporation, participation and practical' attitude to merge into the world, and has created even broader foreign space for China s economical construction. Meanwhile, China has been enhancing more influences on international affairs. |
