| Abstract: | The core of quality-oriented education is to cultivate and improve students' ability.Acquisition of proce dural knowledge is an effective solution to the relationship between knowledge learning and ability development.The procedural knowledge research study in the practice of cultivation of innoative talents in universities.Finally transforms into the procedural knowledge,solves the problem with it.Thus it can develop students' innovative ability and cultivate innovative talents. |
