| 摘 要： | 创新人才培养模式是新升本科院校提高人才培养质量的核心要素。常熟理工学院基于学校定位，加强人才培养模式创新的理论研究和实践探索。通过“校企合作”、“中外合作”等实验项目，构建了包括观念、运行、支撑三个层面的人才培养模式新框架，初步形成了具有特色的应用型本科院校人才培养新模式。

| Abstract: | The innovative personnel training pattern is the core of enhancing personnel training quality in the newly upgraded four-year colleges.To strengthen the theoretical and practical research of innovative personnel training pattern is based on the orientation of Changshu Institute of Technology.We have constructed the personnel training pattern involving notions,operation and supporting aspects by means of such experimental projects as "cooperation between the school and enterprises",and "cooperation between China and foreign countries".We have developed the new personnel training pattern featuring practical four-year graduates. |
