我国中小学心理健康教育体系的研究现状及存在的问题

摘    要:从我国中小学心理健康教育的概念、心理健康教育工作开展的现状、心理健康教育模式、心理健康教育的途径和方法、心理健康教育内容等五个方面回顾了我国中小学心理健康教育体系的研究现状。近二三十年来,我国中小学心理健康教育体系从无到有,发展迅速,但总体上也存在若干亟待完善的问题:地区间差异明显,总体上仍然在低水平操作、服务效果较差,师资力量薄弱、教师数量明显不足,心理健康服务操作的规范性不强,在实施辅导过程中往往偏重学校的作用,忽视家庭和社会的配合等。

Abstract:This article reviews the mental health education system in primary and high schools from the aspects of concept,status quo,education mode,approaches and methods,and education content.In the past three decades,the mental health education started from scratch and has made dramatic advancement.However,there are still many problems to yet to be solved,such as striking disparity between areas,inadequate fundamental researches,poor service,lack of investment and professional staff,neglect of coordination between family and society,etc..
