| 摘 要： | 民族问题不仅是和平年代中国社会问题中非常重要的一个问题，同时也是中国革命的一个重要问题。中国共产党自“三大”就开始探索用马克思主义的民族观与历史观解决中国的民族问题，在长征前夕形成了具有中国特色的民族政策并在长征中得到实践和发展，为后来乃至建国后的民族工作顺利开展奠定了理论与实践的基础。通过挖掘长征时期红军经过贵州时的民族政策史料，从红军长征期间在贵州的民族政策的实施、特点、影响诸方面论证了红军长征时期的民族政策。

| Abstract: | The ethnic issue is important not only in peaceful times but also in revolutionary times. Since The 2nd National People＇s Congress of CPC, the Communist Party of China began to seek the Marxist ethnic view and historical view with the purpose of solving Chinese ethnic problems. The ethnic policy with Chinese characteristics was shaped before the Long March and developed in the practice during the Long March, which laid the theoretical and practical foundations for the coming ethnic work and the work after liberation. Through exploring the historical materials relevant to the ethnic policy when the Red Army passed Guizhou, the paper discusses the ethnic policy at that time from perspectives of its implements, features and influences. |
