| 摘 要： | 本文对篮球运动员的情商在篮球比赛中的作用进行了较深入的分析,认为情绪的认知、控制能力,自我激励能力,人际交往能力对篮球比赛具有积极的影响。在此基础上,探讨了如何培养与提高篮球运动员情商的方法和途径。
