| 摘 要： | 英语教学是高职教育的重要组成部分,高职英语教学的发展的动力在于深化改革。分析了ESL课程的整体内涵及高职英语教学目前所存在的问题,提出了高职英语教学团队的建设是高职英语教学改革的根本保证;教学内容、教学模式和教学评价手段的改革是＂工学结合＂人才培养模式下高职英语教学改革的有效途径。
