| 摘 要： | 河南是回族人口大省,回族文化源远流长,形成了清真食品、牛羊养殖、皮毛加工等几大支柱产业。在新形势下,面临着认识、管理、资源等瓶颈的制约,需要相关各方认真研究,加以突破,唯有如此,才有将中原特色的回族文化产业做大做强的希望。
