| 摘 要： | 分析了常规设计方法的不足之处，简述了概率设计（可靠性设计）的方法，推导出了液压密封螺栓的可靠性的计算公式，最后给出了实例，计算了密封螺栓的几何尺寸。结果表明，可靠性设计对液压元件是有效的，具有实用价值。

| Abstract: | This paper, analyzing the insufficiency in the conventional design methods, briefly discusses the reliability-based design methods, and induces the calculation formula in this respect.Then the geometric size of sealing bolt,by the practical example,is worked out.Results show this method is valid and of practical value as well. |
