基于驱动力的有效网上学习研究

摘    要:目前远程教育的网上学习效果并不理想,这已成为远程教育质量的瓶颈。文章针对网上学习的现状,从学习者内部和外部动力机制的视角,就如何提高网上学习的效果,从需求驱动、情景驱动、引领驱动和反馈驱动四个维度,探讨促进网上学习的驱动力,为实现有效网上学习提供参考。

Abstract:Nowadays, the effects of distance learning on network is not so ideal, which has been the bottleneck of distance education's quality. The paper aimed at network leaming's situation and from the angles of leaner's inner and outer driving force to discuss the way to enhance network learning effects from demand-driven, scene-driven, leading-driven and feedback-driven four dimensions, which provided references to a lvance network leaming's driving force and realize effective network learning.
