| 摘 要： | “生利”主义理论是我国教育家陶行知提出的教师教育理论，它对开展民办高校教师队伍建设具有重要的指导意义。本文分析了民办高校教师的现状与问题，依据“生利”原理提出合理配置教师资源、实现教师资源共享、建立以人为本的管理体制及提供良好的外围环境等加强队伍建设的对策。

| Abstract: | The theory of Making Profit set forth by Tao Xingzhi,a educationalist,is of great guiding mean-ing on promoting the construction of teaching staff.The article analyses the current situation and problems of teachers in non-governmental higher school,puts forward some countermensures including:allocating the resource of teacher reasonably,achieving sharing resource,establishing the human-based management system and provide good external environment,etc,from the view of Making Profit theory. |
