| 摘 要： | 加强领导干部的思想道德建设是贯彻执行党的基本路线的重要保证，是社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容，是干部拒腐变的护身法宝，是建设高素质干部队伍的迫切要求，领导干部应具有坚定的理想信念，较高的理论素养，全心全意为人民服务的思想境界，全局观念和纪律观念以及求真务实的良好作风。加强领导干部的思想道德建设，是一项长期的艰巨任务，既需要领导干部加强理论学习，参加社会实践，自觉修养锻炼，又需要组织加强思想教育，严格要求，严格管理，严格监督。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the ideological and moral education on leading cadres is an important guarantee to carry out the fundamental route of the party,is the essential content of socialist spirituial civilization,is a magic formula to resist corruption for the leading cadres and is an urgent demand to build ranks of hight quality cadres.Leading cadres should have strong idea faith,good theorilogical accomplishment,the ideological state of serving all people whole heartedly,an overall and self discipline point of view,and an excellent style of seeking truth.It is a long term task to strengthen the ideological and moral education on leading cadres.To fulfill it not only demands the cadres to strengthen theoretical study,to take part in social practice and to build up accompliment vlounteerly,but also needs to reinforce ideological education,and to manage and supervise strictly. |
