| 摘 要： | 回顾分析１９９６．６～１９９９．６收治的１２２例肾损伤患者的资料表明，１２２例病人中，伴有合并伤７１例（５８．２％）。保守治疗８７例，手术治疗３８例（包括３例保守治疗失败患者），总治愈率９８．４％。死亡２例，死亡率１．６％。结论：１）血尿为最常见症状，但血尿程度与肾损伤程度不完全一致；２）ＣＴ为一无创检查，对肾损伤的诊断价值较大；３）强调手术治疗与非手术治疗的指征。

| Abstract: | Retrospective analysis was made on 122 cases with renal trauma dated from June 1996 to June 1999. Out of 122 cases, 71 cases(58.2%) were complicated with other organ injuries. 87 cases were treated without surgical intervention while 38 cases(including 3 conservative failure cases) were operated on. The result showed that the total cure rate was 98.4% with 2 cases of death(1.6%). Haematuria was common in renal trauma cases and CT could help the diagnosis. |
