| 摘 要： | 以西藏高校化学实验方向本科师范生专业班级大学毕业生为研究对象,通过对相关问题开展问卷调查,分析西藏高校化学实验方向师范生培养过程中面临的困难和挑战,提出针对性对策、措施和建议,为今后化学实验方向师范生培养提供基础信息和依据,也为诸如物理、生物等专职实验师范生培养提供参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | This study takes the graduates of the undergraduate normal students in the direction of chemistry experiment in Tibetan colleges and universities as the research objects and carries out a questionnaire survey about the related problems to analyze the difficulties and challenges in the process of training normal students in the direction of chemistry experiment in Tibetan colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the future work.This paper not only provides some basic information and a basis for the training of normal students in the direction of chemistry experiment,but also provides reference for the training of full-time experiment normal students in physics and biology. |
