| 摘 要： | 终身教育理念时代,大学后继续教育成为适应经济和社会发展人才需求的重要途径。相应地,高等院校又增加了承担大学后继续教育的重要角色。本文基于美国高等院校的大学后继续教育历史较长、发展成熟的前提,对其特点做了概括性分析。美国高等院校大学后继续教育秉承终身教育理念,具有教育形式多样化、教育层次高级化、教育管理法制化、教育服务全程化、教育运作市场化等特点,并且多种形式的政府支持促进了大学后继续教育的发展。

| Abstract: | In the learning society with an ideology of lifelong education,universities and colleges are becoming a cradle for training personnel with high qualities and adaptability to meet the instant demands of human being,which makes post-university education(PUE)inevitable.And PUE has been playing a strategic important role on social and economic development in the new century.The paper focuses on America universities' PUE characteristics,which are that the PUE goes with the lifelong education idea,the diversiform in teaching method and the high level of the participants,and the legislative and market-oriented PUE also needs the support from governments. |
