| 摘 要： | 国民党在退守台湾的五十余年间 ,经历了国际政治格局变动和美国对台湾政策变化的数次冲击 ,其对外关系在承受了“传统外交”的挫折后 ,推出“实质外交”、“弹性外交”政策 ,呈现出一种变态的对外关系新格局。

| Abstract: | In fifty years of retreating to TaiWan,the Kuo mintang had gone through the change of internation politics situation and many pounds of the USA’s TaiWan policy.The Kuomintang’s diplomatic relatio ns had also appeared a abnormal diplomatic relatons’new aspect ,after wh ich it had received tradition dipiomacy’s failure,and carried out essen se diplomacy and elapstic diplomacy. |
