高校教师继续教育的内容取向探析

摘    要:高校教师继续教育的内容取向是多维度的,而知识、能力与职业道德是构成高校教师素质的“三要素”,是高校教师必备的职业品质。只有当它形成逻辑严整、结构严密的体系,并把它作为高校教师继续教育课程内容体系的主体与核心,才能对高校教师继续教育的实践产生卓有成效的指引,从而达到优化高校教师的素质结构的目的。

Abstract:The contents of the continuous study for the teachers in the institutions of the higher learning are various.The knowledge,ability and morality are the major three factors of the quality of the college teachers and their necessary professional character.And the major three factors will be the efficient guidance for the continuous study of the college teachers and improve their quality only when they form the strict system and are as the principal part and core for the contents of the continuous study of the college teachers.
