| 摘 要： | 农民工是改革开放后我国转移农村富余劳动力的代名词。目前农民工是个特殊、庞大的弱势群体．农民工的权利意识还普遍较弱、权利现状也不太乐观。其原因既有农民工自身因素，也有社会、文化等层面的因素。提高农民工权利意识的对策：一是农民工应提高自身素质，自立、自强，走自我发展之路，全面发展之路；二是国家应发挥主导作用．加快城乡二元体制改革，加强法制与政策对农民工的关注。

| Abstract: | The peasant workers are the pronoun of rural surplus labor force after the reform and opening up in China. The peasant workers are the special, the huge vulnerable groups. At present, the fight consciousness of the peasant workers generally are weak, the situation of right are not optimistic. The reasons have not only the peasant workers＇ self-factors, but also social factors and cultural factors. So the paper proposed the countermeasures to strengthen the right consciousness of peasant workers： Firstly, the peasant workers should improve own quality, take the self-dependent, self-confident and self-developing road; Secondly, the country should play the leading role, speed up the system reform in the urban and rural areas, strengthen the attention of legal system and the pohcy to peasant workers. |
