| 摘 要： | 本文主要探讨了技术逻辑导向对新创企业创新行为的作用机制以及在技术逻辑导向下新创企业创新行为对创新绩效的影响。基于新创企业的发展阶段，实证研究了技术逻辑导向、创新行为与创新绩效之间的关系。研究发现：技术逻辑导向下新创企业技术创新行为与组织制度创新行为在不同的发展阶段耦合形式不同；在创建阶段，新创企业会仅采取技术创新行为；在生存阶段，新创企业会同时采取技术创新行为与组织制度创新行为，但会以组织制度创新为主而技术创新为辅；在成长阶段，新创企业也会同时采取两种创新行为，但此时会以技术创新为主而以组织制度创新为辅；采取技术逻辑导向战略在一定程度上会提升新创企业的创新绩效。

Development stages, technological logic orientation and innovation behavior of start-ups |

| Abstract: | s:This paper mainly discusses the mechanism of the technological logic orientation on the innovation behavior of start-ups, and the impact of the innovation behavior of start-ups on the innovation performance under the technological logic orientation. Based on the development stages of start-ups, this paper empirically studies the relationship between technological logic orientation, innovation behavior and innovation performance. Empirical research finds that the coupling form of technological innovation behavior and organizational institution innovation behavior is different in different development stages of start-ups under the technological logic orientation, and only technological innovation behavior is adopted in the founding stage. In the survival stage, start-ups will adopt both technological innovation behavior and organizational institution innovation behavior, but it will focus on the organizational institution innovation behavior and the technological innovation behavior as the supplement. In the growth stage, the start-ups will also adopt two kinds of innovation behavior, but at this time, it will take the technology innovation behavior as the main body and the organizational institution innovation behavior as the supplement. To a certain extent, Adopting the strategy of technological logic orientation will improve the innovation performance of start-ups. |
