| 摘 要： | 文章采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法等研究方法，对山西师范大学体育学院学生的就业意愿进行调查分析。研究结果表明：职业的选择是一种行为取向，大学生在择业时，需要考虑多方面的因素与影响，如国家政策、自身的需求动机、个人的兴趣、特长等等。它是对主、客观因素进行综合考虑后做出的一种价值判断和行为选择。文章旨在分析他们的择业目的和就业意愿，为相关机构调整策略，围绕大学毕业生的心理动向做恰当地引导教育，以便更好地为大学毕业生就业服务工作提供参考依据，更好地促使山西师范大学体育学院更多毕业生能顺利的找到理想工作。

| Abstract: | Tthis paper, by using the methodS of questionnaire, literature, mathematical statistics and other methods, does the survey and analysis of Physical Education College Students＇ employment intentions in Shanxi Normal University. The results show that： the occupation choice is a kind of behavior orientation, college graduates, need to consider the factors and influence in many aspects, such as national policy, its motivation, personal interest, specialty and so on. It is a kind of value judgment and behavior choice to make comprehensive consideration of the subjective and objective factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze their careers and employment intention, to adjust the strategy mechanism, psychological trends around the university graduates to do proper guidance and education, in order to provide reference for the university graduates employment service work, better impel our school more graduates can successfully find the perfect job. |
