| 摘 要： | 民俗体育的特征必须建立在民俗体育概念的科学界定基础之上。在学术界，民俗体育概念研究的成果还不够完善，民俗体育的概念必须站在体育哲学的视域才能真正揭示其内涵、属性和特征。在民俗体育起源与民俗体育的精神哲学分析的基础上，民俗体育的概念内涵包含三个层次（“三个实体”）的内容，生命意识和生命诉求是民俗体育概念最为本质的内涵。民俗体育的概念内涵决定了民俗体育的本质特征。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of folk sports must be built on the basis of the scientific definition of the concept of the folk sports. In academia, the results of the study of the concept of the folk sports is not perfect, The concept of the folk sports must stand the sight of the sports philosophy to truly reveal its essential meaning, attributes and characteristics. On the basis of the analysis of the spiritual and philosophical of folk sports and the origin of folk sports, the Concept and Connotation of the folk sports content consists of three levels （＂entity＂）, Consciousness of life and life aspirations be the most essential connotation of folk sports concept. The folk sports Concept and Connotation decided the essential characteristics of the folk sports. |
