| 摘 要： | 文章采用实验法和问卷调查等研究方法，对遵义师范学院体育学院体育教育专业2009级和2010级武术普修和主项提高（专修）课程进行实验研究。力求提高学生专项技术、自学能力和教学综合能力，以适应基础教育师资需求；在课程设置、教学内容、课时分配及教学模式等方面进行调整和实验。以武术课程为出发点，全面落实素质教育为事实依据，培养适应社会需求的武术教育师资为目标，寻求武术全球化形式下的武术人才培养新模式。

| Abstract: | By using experimental method and questionnaire survey method, the paper does the study 2009 and 2010 grades of Wushu students in the Institute of physical education major in Zunyi Normal University and enhance the main （specialized） experimental studies. In order to improve the students of special technology, the study suggests to improve the self-learning ability and teaching ability, to meet the needs of basic education teachers; in the curriculum, teaching contents, class hour distribution and teaching mode and other aspects of adjustment and experiment. From the starting point of Wushu curriculum to fully implement quality education as the basis, the paper argues to train to adapt to the Wushu education teachers social demand as the goal, to seek the new training mode of the globalization of Wushu talents. |
