| 摘 要： | 文章以人才培养为视角，通过SWOT理论中四个维度的分析，指明了武术文化在高校人才培养体系中的特殊作用、外部环境与自身不足、发展机遇和面临的挑战，旨在为高校人才培养模式和大学校园武术文化的发展提供新的思考路径。研究结果认为，校园武术文化是传承优秀民族文化的载体，能够激发以爱国主义为核心的民族精神，有助于大学生们的人格养成；校园武术文化的构建要克服内容的庞杂性和理论研究滞后等劣势，抓住文化大发展大繁荣和文化强国战略的历史性机遇，从高度的民族责任感、道德品质、人格塑造等方面，为国家输送德才兼备、爱国爱家的社会主义事业建设人才。

| Abstract: | Based on the perspective of talent cultivation, the paper does the analysis of the four dimensions through SWOT theory, indicates that Wushu culture has special role in the talent cultivation, its insufficiency, the development opportunity and challenge, aims to provide new path for talent cultivate mode and the development of university campus Wushu culture. The results show that the campus＇Wushu culture is the outstanding carrier of culture inheritance,it can inspire with patriotism as the core of the national spirit, and help students personality; and campus culture construction of Wushu should overcome the content of theoretical research and possibly backward disadvantages, seize development and prosperity of culture and the cultural power of the strategy of historical opportunity, from the height of the national sense of responsibility and moral quality, personality, to cultivate both ability and political integrity, patriotic family love socialism construction personnel. |
