摘    要:脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)是中枢神经系统的严重损伤,是一种严重威胁人类生命健康的疾患。碱性成纤维细胞生长因子是一种对神经细胞起重要调节作用的蛋白质,对脊髓损伤具有重要的修复作用。文章就碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在脊髓损伤中的作用机制予以综述。

Abstract:Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a serious injury to the central nervous system and constitutes a serious threat to human life and health. Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) is a kind of protein which shows significant function in both the neuro-cellular growth and the rehabilitation for spinal cord injury as well. The study hereby reviews the function and mechanism ofbFGF in spinal cord injury.
