| 摘 要： | 西部地区的基础教育存在重理轻文、人文精神缺失,学生未得到全面的发展,教育不公平,未使全体学生得到发展等问题.应面向全体学生,在让学生全面发展中注重人文精神的培养,实现人的发展的和谐和社会发展的和谐,为构建社会主义和谐社会做贡献.

| Abstract: | Here in west China we find the phenomenon that people place more importance on natural science subjects than on the social ones, that the cultural elements seldom exist in basic education, that the education opportunity is not fair for everyone and the students can not fully develop on every aspect. The present paper argues that we should cultivate the cultural spirit in all students in order to help them develop fully. Only in this way can we make the development of man to be in harmony with that of the society and make certain contribution to the harmonious development of our socialist society. |
