| 摘 要： | 新刑诉法实施后,我国的诉讼理念和具体制度随之发生了变化。这些变化影响到证据法的总论、证据论、证明论、程序论四个知识模块。证据法作为公安院校的重要课程,教师应顺应变化实现教学转向,藉以达到使学生合法、正确收集运用证据之教学目标。

| Abstract: | After implementation of the new criminal procedure law, the idea and system of the criminal procedure are changing in China. These changes affect the four knowledge modules of evidence law, such as pandect, evidence theory, proof theory and process theory. Evidence law is an important course in police colleges, so teachers should adapt to changes and realize the didactical turn in order to reach teaching objectives which enable students to collect and use evidences legally and correctly. |
