| 摘 要： | 针对“陕西省国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划信息化重点专项规划”中的工作重点,指出陕西省高校应利用本校人才优势,将现代计算机网络及数据库技术应用到科研管理工作中,加快高校科研管理工作的网络化、信息化创新。文章从WWW网站建立、网络数据库建设、网络安全管理三个方面阐述了科研管理信息化创新的一些具体方法。

| Abstract: | This paper aims at the emphases of "Information concentration programming of the tenth FIVE YEAR PLAN about national economy and society development in Shaanxi province", points out that the colleges in Shaanxi province should make use of their personnel ascendancy, and applys modem computer network and database technology in scientific research management, expedite the network and information innovation of scientific research management . The article shows some methods of the network and information innovation of scientific research management from three aspects: WWW server, network database and the security of network. |
