| 摘 要： | 速度滑冰竞赛规则和比赛技术具有一定的因果关系,前者约束比赛技术与意识对改进技术训练方法的走向。对规则中约束起跑、直道弯道滑行、冲刺技术的内容要素进行了分析,提出利用规则规范技术的方法,为速滑运动员加强对比赛规则的学习、认识、优化与改进技术,提高运动成绩提供理论依据。
