| 摘 要： | 新加坡高等职业技术教育伴随着三次工业革命的兴起，经历了初创、发展、改革与提高三个阶段。对此发展历程进行详尽的介绍和中肯的分析，将对促进我国高职教育改革和发展提供有益的启示。新加坡高职教育发展的经验一是将发展高职置于战略性地位，二是注重高职教育的实用性、超前性，三是强调高职教育的实践性、有效性，四是加强高职与中职的沟通与衔接，五是加强外向型人才的培养。

| Abstract: | With the three industrial revolutions sprang up, the higher vocational education in Singapore went through three stages of initial stage, development stage and reforming and improving stage. Our vocational education are greatly enlightened from it. Singapore Administration attaches important to higher vocational education. In the course of developing higher vocational education, they emphasizes its practicality, advancement and effectiveness. At the same time, they strengthens the relationship betwen higher vocational education and common education and the development of export-oriented qualified personnel. |
